There’s something undeniably enchanting about summertime weddings, and Kerri and Ryan’s celebration at Plum Park Manor was an absolute dream! It was our first time shooting at this gorgeous venue in Towcester, UK, and Plum Park Manor did not disappoint.

Plum Park Manor: An Elegant Venue with Timeless Charm

Plum Park Manor, a stunning venue with gorgeous architecture, beautiful gardens, and the most elegant vibe you can imagine. This place is seriously impressive. We heard that they’ve recently poured a whopping £200,000 into renovations, and it certainly shows. Everything was spotless, and the mix of classic charm with modern touches was so beautiful.

Also, can we shine a spotlight on the marquee for a sec? It’s got amazing air conditioning now! Which, let me tell you, was an absolute godsend on this scorching 29-degree day. Talk about taking every season into consideration!

A Day Filled with Love and Laughter

Kerri’s bridal prep was in this bright, spacious room with huge windows. The natural light was just perfect for photos of her doing up her wedding dress.

The ceremony took place in this gorgeous orangery that was just flooded with light. But the real star of the show? Little Noah, Kerri and Ryan’s son, who was in charge of the rings. The little guy accidentally dropped the groom’s ring, which made everyone laugh and added a sweet, memorable touch to the ceremony.

Smooth Sailing Thanks to the Master of Ceremonies

We’ve got to give a massive shout-out to the master of ceremonies at Plum Park Manor (Alan Hodge). This guy was on it! Thanks to him, Kerri and Ryan could actually enjoy their day without stressing about the little details. It’s amazing what a difference that kind of coordination makes on a wedding day.

James Burwell, the saxophonist we met a few days prior at Dodford Manor was also here at Plum Park Manor too, and he absolutely killed it! Add some tunes from Bob Marley, Michael Jackson, and Earth, Wind & Fire, and you’ve got yourself one heck of a playlist!

The food was another highlight. As Janice might say in Friends; “Oh. My. God.” Guests enjoyed a delicious meal of slow-roasted beef and vegetables that melted in the mouth. Later on in the evening, The Jerk Box food truck showed up which was another hit with the guests!.

Capturing Memorable Moments

One of our favourite parts of the day was sneaking Kerri and Ryan away for some sunset photos. We headed to the driveway – one of Ryan’s favourite spots at Plum Park Manor – and it was just magical. We broke out the atmosphere spray (photographer’s secret weapon!), and with that fiery sunset as our backdrop, we captured some truly epic shots!

Heartfelt Speeches and a Night to Remember

The evening was filled with heartfelt speeches from the three best men, who shared wonderful stories and funny memories of growing up with the groom. Their words had everyone in stitches but at the same time it was so sweet to see the genuine love and friendship between them all.
